Shelley Kienzle is the Permit Queen and has a good understanding of most counties requirements in Florida, specializing in SWFL permitting requirements. She has worked with eager home owners, placing them in the homes they loved, she is making it happen.
Bethany Zajicek is our building supervisor and project manager. Working closely with our GCs and sub-contractors, county inspectors and customers to ensure a smooth transition from the first builds to the finished home. Bethany also prepares permits, she is experienced working with most of the counties in Florida.
Karen Aguirre is the General Manager. Working closely with everyone to make sure the team has everything they need to make your Dream Home Come True.
